From first call to delivered files.
1. Request
Call, text or email with the property address, what you need captured (roof, site, listing) and when you need it.
2. Plan and authorize
We review the location and airspace. Where FAA authorization is required, we obtain it before flying. We follow FAA Part 107 rules on every flight.
3. Fly and capture
We capture the agreed photos and video, typically in a single visit.
4. Deliver
You receive organized, high-resolution files through a private download link, ready for a claim, report, bid or listing.
Insurance
Liability insurance is arranged for each flight. Ask us for a certificate of insurance when you request your quote.
